This course shows how AI tools can dramatically reduce the time spent drafting status reports, summarising meetings, and tailoring messages for different audiences, while simultaneously improving clarity and consistency. Participants learn how to use large language models to generate first-draft communications from project data, build a reusable prompt library for the full range of PM communication tasks, and apply AI-powered meeting assistants to capture decisions and action items automatically.
The course also explores more sophisticated AI communication capabilities, including sentiment analysis to detect stakeholder confusion or dissatisfaction before it escalates, AI-assisted document summarisation for complex technical content, and translation tools for global project teams. Participants learn the governance essentials: when AI-drafted communications must be disclosed, how to review and validate AI output before it reaches stakeholders, and how to maintain authentic relationships when AI is doing more of the drafting. The course closes with practical guidance on building a communication AI toolkit that works within your organisation's approved technology stack.
